The project involved the construction of an Administration Building at the OLP Container Terminal at Neo Ikonio, on Wharf I, which consists of a ground floor and three (3) storeys with a total building area of 3,240.00m2.

Construction of the Administration Building included building work, electromechanical work, work on additional building requirements and work on the building’s bioclimatic design in accordance with the study, eg. green roof, shading blinds, etc.
