The project concerns the New Warehouse belonging to the company PCDC S.A. and includes:

• Main goods warehouse

• Offices

• Forklift loading area

• Dining area (outside – isobox)

• Washrooms for employees and drivers (outside – isobox)

• Possibility of office extension

The area covered by the storage space is 6,637.00 m2 and by the offices 516.00 m2. Only the eastern section covering 218.40m2 will be constructed under this contract.
