The project concerns the renovation and structural restoration of a hotel (X2) inside the South Evian Naval Base (NBNE), the complete refurbishment of five (5) holiday homes for Naval officers and twelve (12) homes for crew. The contract work also includes the formation of enclosed areas on the verandas of the building that provides accommodation and eating places for crew, as well as the construction of a new beach bar to ensure more favourable conditions for Navy personnel’s holidays.

The project in question is part of the attempt to extensively renovate the Naval Base by the Navy General Staff (GEN).

The object of the project was to renovate and structurally restore the Hotel X2, as well as to refurbish – redevelop dwellings in the GEN South Evian Naval Base (NBNE):

Renovation and structural restoration of Hotel X2 in the South Evian Naval Base (NBNE), a three-storey building of approximately 2900.00m2 consisting of three standard floors (ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor) and a basement for auxiliary uses:

Complete renovation – redevelopment of five (5) dwellings type ‘B’ (Β33, Β54, Β55, Β56, Β57) and replacement of external doors and windows and repainting of B42.

Complete renovation – redevelopment of twelve (12) crew dwellings (nine two-room and three studios).

Formation of enclosed verandas in crew accommodation quarters.

Creation of enclosed space with curtain walls.

Construction of new beach bar.
