The project involved developing the Palataki area in the Central Port of Piraeus as part of the ATHENS 2004 Olympic Games, in accordance with the requirements of ATHOC ATHENS 2004 for use by “Olympic Hospitality”.

Work included demolition, paving, fencing, E/M installations and the construction of a new PPC (DEI) substation, as well as general space development. Archaeological work was also carried out concerning the uncovering, preservation and restoration of the Piraeus Wall.
