A preservation project involving preservation work and technical maintenance in buildings belonging to the National Technical University of Athens in Patission Street, covering a total area of 40,000 sq.m. as follows:

• All types of building preservation work (preservation of carpentry, repairs to brick and plasterwork, repairs to paving – facings, repairs to iron and aluminium frames, repairs to roof insulation, window replacement, repainting, painting over graffiti, removal of posters, general cleaning, removal of rubbish, etc.).

•Maintenance work and technical management of all electromechanical building installations (electrical installations, plumbing installations, fire-fighting systems, fire-detection and burglar alarm systems, central heating – cooling – air-conditioning installations, substation maintenance, etc.).
