This project involves carrying out short-term – direct interventions aimed at maintaining and improving traffic conditions and road safety on the road network (SR) adjacent to the Athens – Corinth Motorway from KM 27+000 to KM 86+300 as well as road network adjacent to the Patras By-pass, the responsibility of EYDE MAINTENANCE.

MOTORWAYS (SA). The sections of the SR, the responsibility of ΕΥΔΕ SΑ are defined by kilometric marks on the attached chart with the exception of those sections of the intersections that have been demarcated and are the responsibility of the concessionaire.

The building interventions mainly concern:

• eliminating local wear and tear on the road surface and laying asphalt layers to restore evenness.

• improving and replacing safety equipment and line marking on the SR network.

• cleaning the sewage system so rainwater can drain away freely.

• clearing self-sown vegetation from the hard shoulders to restore visibility.

• maintaining street lighting in proper working order and installing lighting in underpasses which up to now have been deprived of light.
