The project involves the work required to upgrade the existing “STAVROS MAVROTHALASSITIS” Municipal Stadium in Egaleo:

• The completion of the redevelopment of the ground and first floors in the Stadium located underneath the stands in Thivon Avenue (floor laying – wall coverings, metal structures, interior frames, false ceilings, painting, networks, sanitary ware, etc) as well as their external facades in Thivon Avenue, Korai Street, Thessalonikis Street and the pitch in the Stadium (painting, etc).

• The completion of the redevelopment of the area surrounding the stands in Thivon Avenue (pavements in Thivon Avenue, Korai and Thessalonikis Streets, stairways, drain at side of the pitch towards Thivon Avenue, etc).

• Construction of galleries for journalists etc. all along the stands in the Stadium.

• Proper configuration of the ground floor area in Korai Street (Public Power Company [DEI] installations, Transformer, low voltage fields, etc) and the construction of the necessary fully-equipped networks for the operation of the DEI Sub-station.

• Illuminated signs on metal roof of stands in Thivon Avenue.
